Scheduling a HomeTour

If you are ready to order a HomeTour, please fill out information below and we will contact you to schedule. Payments are due to confirm your appointment.
Please make sure home is 100% open house ready with lights on when the TourGuide arrives.

Properties should be "Open House" ready when our TourGuide arrives, and will be photographed/videographed “as is”. Please respect the assigned time slot, as they are on a tight schedule. TourGuides can not assist with staging or moving furniture due to insurance restrictions.
Same day cancellation fee $50.

By using our services and website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions:

  • LATE FEES: All services must be paid for before delivery of photos and video links. Invoices not paid within 5 days of the date of the appointment are subject to a $25 late charge and a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Any HomeTour that is unpaid after 30 days will be result in the account being suspended with all videos removed from our platform and YouTube channel.
    If legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse HomeTourVision for all expenses incurred to recover the balances as well as attorney’s fees and any other legal expenses.
  • You agree to ensure the property is open house ready prior to the arrival of the TourGuide. The TourGuides are not allowed to move any furniture or personal items in the property. The TourGuides are scheduled for a certain amount of time at the property to provide our service and cannot wait for the property to be cleaned and de-cluttered.
  • Our Videos are filmed as a walk-through and for this reason items cannot be moved room to room during filming.
  • You agree to supply us your correct and full contact information exactly the way it needs to be branded in the video and property site and also all information that pertains to the listing that is needed on our end to complete the tour.
  • You understand that unless we make a mistake, any changes requested in the video after editing is complete due to Realtor or homeowner mistake or opinion will require a re-edit fee.
  • You understand and have instructed the property owner that our videos and photos of the listing will be broadcast on the internet as part of your marketing package. Sites include but are not limited to, HomeTourVision, Youtube, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and other third party sites resulting from syndication. If video is requested to be removed, you understand that we’ll be able to remove it from our Youtube channel and our website but cannot guarantee the removal from any sites or persons that may have downloaded or copied the videos/photos.
  • You understand that Photos and Videos photographed and filmed by HomeTourVision belong to HomeTourVision and are licensed to the purchaser for use in marketing the listing and themselves. Any editing or modification to our tours or use by another company or Realtor is strictly prohibited. Photos and Videos from other companies or persons are not allowed to be used on HomeTourVision.
  • HomeTourVision is not responsible for any third party sites that showcase our videos or internet website outage and will not be held liable for any damages that may arise from the use of our services, website or any website that is out of our control.
